FRIENDS FOR OVER 40 YEARS, and partners in Coho Beach House since 2004, the Odells and the Hooks dreamed of living near the water for years. So when they became owners of this property it was a dream come true, as the unique location of the beach house is known in the community for having the best sunsets in the area!
 Three of us are life-long Alaskans, and the fourth has been here since 1979, so this is really home for us. The beach house was built in the late 1940's or early 50's and had been well used and loved by many, but it was in dire need of repair. We considered demolishing it, but instead rebuilt it from the pilings to the roof. The interior layout remains the same, but it's much more comfortable now. It was truly a labor of love, and we look forward to sharing its charm with our guests.
Both couples live on "The Point" by the beach house, and are available if needed, but also respect the privacy of guests.
