Coho Beach House is a non-smoking property.

We've made it even easier for our guests to get more in-depth information about Coho Beach House, request dates and make reservations, and to make secure credit card payments.
Please click on either the VRBO.com or HomeAway.com links below. You will automatically be taken to our respective listings on those two vacation rental websites. Both sites contain the same information, photographs of Coho and surrounding area, rental calendars, reviews from past guests, and current peak and off-season rental prices, and more. Both sites are easy to use.

RESERVATION DEPOSITS
A deposit of 50% of the total reservation is required at the time the reservation is made. Reservations made within the cancellation period require payment in full.
Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent a confirmation of your reservation including dates of stay, amount and due date of any balance, and driving directions.
Non-payment of the deposit or balance due for reasons of non-sufficient funds will constitute a cancellation.
Balance Due — Your balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Upon receipt of final payment you will be sent the key lock box combination.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check in is 4:00 pm, and check out is 11:00 am.

 CANCELLATION PERIOD
Stays of less than 3 weeks require a 30-day notice of cancellation.
Stays of 3 weeks or more require a 60-day notice of cancellation.
A reservation change reducing the number of days is considered a cancellation. A refund will be issued minus a $45.00 or 3% service charge (whichever is greater) on cancellations made before the cancellation deadline. 
Please notify us immediately if you need to cancel. After the cancellation deadline NO REFUNDS will be given unless we can rebook the cancelled days.

SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged on stays of less than 30 days at 13%, over 30 days at 6%.

PRIVACY
All information received from site visitors and guests of Coho Beach House is confidential.
Email addresses and/or contact information will never be sold, rented, nor given to any other person and/or entity.
